Where do I get the Microsoft Windows Multi Language Packs?

You may download and install other language packs to your computer. This will also install corresponding speech engines to your computer for the languages installed. Please note not all these MLP coming with speech engines, you can obtain only limitted speech engines provided by Microsoft.

Also note that licensing requirements state that versions of the Windows Vista/Windows 7 operating systems can include only a single language, with the exception of the Windows Vista/Windows 7® Ultimate and the Windows Vista/Windows 7® Enterprise editions. For editions other than Windows Vista/Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows Vista/Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows will automatically remove all non-default languages from the computer after the end user completes the Windows Welcome.
