While recording my powerpoint presentation, is there an option to read the text like in a teleprompter? Do you have something like a teleprompter where the text moves while you read it? Thanks

We usually use two screens. record the Powerpoint on one display and use presenter mode on the second.
In some cases, this means that you have to make duplicate slides to get room for all the text, splitting it on two or more slides as needed. Add [c] for when to click for next item in the text makes it even easier to record.

If you have two screens, the "slide show" view will be in one and the "presenter" view will be in the other.  Click "display settings" then "Swap presenter view and slide show." That puts the slide show on your main screen and the presenter view on the 2nd screen (at least, it did for me). Then in the presenter view at the bottom there's a circle with 3 dots. Click on that to get "more slide show options." Then click on "hide presenter view." So now you have your slide show on one screen and a blank screen on the other. You can then open a Word document and read that while recording. Of course, you then have to control both the PowerPoint presentation and scroll through the Word document while you're recording -- maybe it helps if you know how to play the piano already.

You probably have to put the webcam on top of the 2nd screen, of course.
