The key to a non blurry video is to Record,Edit and Produce using the same dimensions.

If your screen is 1920 x 1080 at full screen. Record, Edit and Produce at 1920 x 1080.

thats takes too long to render tho because the dimensions are bigger. the file size would be huge.

Well, your other option is to set the screens resolution lower. If you set it to 1280 x 720 it will look blurry to you.Everything will appear/become much larger. But you can record full screen at 1280 x 720. And produce smaller 1280 by 720 videos.
However, they will only look sharp at the 1280 x 720 dimension. You can't view it full at full screen on a 1920 x 1080 monitor without losing clairity.

So pick your poison. Full HD with longer render times and larger files.
Or settle for 1280 x 720.
You can't have it both ways. Its like buying a cheaper 720p or 1080p television. And expecting to watch a 4K video that looks as good as it does on 4k sets.
