I've worked with FCP, Premiere, After Effects... never see this kind of philisophy.
Camtesia works without interactivity !
Nowadays, on internet there's interactivity everywhere for eveything with everybody.

But you are comparing apples and oranges. Premiere Pro is a video editing system, and After Effects is a post-production tool with 2D and 3D effects. As far as I know, (and I have CC2017) neither of them have screencasting capability. Camtasia is a screencasting tool with pretty robust editing features. I do see that recently TechSmith does reference Camtasia Video Editor. I think that's unfortunate, because Camtasia for most of us is primarily a screencasting tool. I really hope TechSmith won't make Camtasia too complicated for the casual user, or too demanding for a mid-range computer. Maybe it's time for Camtasia Pro?

When Camtesia is positionning itself not only as a Screencast but allow a basic mix of Premiere and After Effects, it could do the minimum :

- Adding an option into its Share Menu “Pro Res 4444“ export :
A “Pro Res 444 WITH Alpha Chanel“... like its competitor do !

Maybe this sub option would be too complicated, but I don't think so  !

Maybe it's time for Camtesia to accept to Share. So Camtesia could benefit pro like you to work on different softwares.
