Why can't I place an order for TechSmith products with anything other than Internet explorer?

I realize that to support Win 7, which is pre "Edge", online services integrated into the body of a given product need to remain centered around Internet explorer for the time being.  But what economic sense does it make to prevent potential buyers from placing an order with Chrome?

Hi Glen,

There is likely a bug in the process somewhere because I do not get that 'look' when I go through the shopping cart using Chrome.

I do not think I've ever used Explorer when purchasing any of the versions of Camtasia Studio I've purchased. Used to be a Firefox default user now a Chrome default user but still use FF from time to time.

Maybe a cache issue that if you hold ctrl and press F5 you might clear up or try using Chrome incognito.

Maybe, but I get the same thing in Edge, and in Firefox, the ONLY browser I could get to work was IE.  This is on 2 different machines PCs One old and on  Win 7, one new (2 months) on  Win10.

Do adblockers cause problems?

Hi Glen,

It looks like the styles are failing to load for you. We have seen this caused before by ad blocking software or maybe a bad cache read from your browser.

If you disable your ad blocking software for *.techsmith.com and do a hard refresh do you see the same results?

Glenn, That is exactly what is wrong with Chrome.  I use Disconnect and when I whitelisted the Techsmith site, everything worked.   Edge seems to work as well.  Thanks!

Thanks for trying that Glen and also for mentioning which Ad Blocker you're using.
