Hi Sam;
This is likely caused by DPI scaling on your Windows desktop. Please right click on the desktop and go to Display Settings and then look for the Scaling option; Jing requires Windows to be set at 100%, if it isn't set at 100% you'll need to set it there then restart/re-login to Windows.
