Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, there are quite a few different things that could potentially be causing this error that are beyond the scope of what I can do here. To make sure all the possibilities are covered, I highly recommend creating a ticket with TechSmith's support department. They'll be able to walk you through the troubleshooting process and hopefully get your problem resolved as soon as possible.

Please don't hesistate to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns,

I am having the same problem. I want to produce to Google Drive. I am connected to the internet and my Google Drive is open. I don't have this problem with Snag-it. 12. Please help. this is frustrating. I am a Google Trainer and use Drive to host my videos.

Try This

1. Go to Windows Firewall and under actions make a new rule
2. You will have to do the same process for both inbound and outbound rules
3. Select program and click next
4. Select the path where you have Camtasia.exe and click next
5. Select "Allow the Connection" and click next
6. Choose when you want the rule to apply (I just chose all)
7. Make a name for the rule for example "Camtasia Connection" and click next
8. Click finish and you should be set.

REMEMBER THIS PROCESS MUST BE DONE FOR BOTH INBOUND AND OUTBOUND RULES!

Hope this helps

Hi,
look in the diskussion
"We're Sorry, Camtasia cannot connect to Youtube. Check your Internet Connection!"

Seems there is a solution I wrote today when outgoing connections of the system are working but no google connection (youtube) from Camtasia is running.
