When I add copy to a snagit image and save as a jpg or png and load it to say linkedin... the image looks good but the font/copy looks pixilated. Its not clean

Is one font better then another or am I missing a step in order to keep that font/copy looking crisp?

Thank you

Normally when you see pixellation occur, it's because the image is being stretched. You might look into what the preferred image dimensions are and try to cater to that.

In some cases, you may find this to be very challenging or even unavoidable. It all depends on the pixel size being stated as suggested or required and what is being done to the image after you upload it.

Perhaps others will chime in to advise on things I've not considered.

Cheers... Rick :)

Just on the off chance ...  there are SOME fonts that appear pixilated out of the box. He should try a few fonts and see if it is repeated.  If it continues  he may have to enlarge the clip possibly with an outside program if the size needed is significantly different
