Why are you letting people still buy or upgrade to Camtasia Mac 2.3

Do not buy or upgrade to Camtasia 2.3 it is dud. I have a major deadline and cannot edit text annotations to create titles. This is horrible Camtasia 2.3 has cost me time and money. It would not be so bad but Techsmith has been sitting on this issue for 3 months. I was dismayed to see another user submit to the forums and an employee say they needed to submit a service request. Lotsa good that has done 3 months later. I want my money back Techsmith you let us down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would just like somebody to answer an e-mail at techsmith. Better yet get me someone to talk to at techsmith. A 2 minute conversation would probably alleviate all my problems but I can't get anybody to answer an e-mail

Have you downloaded the latest version? I think this was taken care of a while ago in one the updates.
