Why has my support question been totally ignored for 2 days? - not even a commom courtesy of an acknowledgement "we are working on it!"

Why has my support question been totally ignored for 2 days? - not even a commom courtesy of an acknowledgement "we are working on it!

The Subject: "What is the Camtasia Studio 8.03 maximum video size for mp4 files?"

Also included were my findings as to why the question was asked.

As mentioned in my other post, I would like to inform you that you can generally get a more timely response by submitting the form at: http://techsmith.custhelp.com/app/ask as the ticket will be directly placed into our Technical Support team's ticketing system and a response will be given in a timely manner. Additionally it gives you a ticket reference number and allows both you and our support team the ability to adequately track the progress of your ticket.
