My Wacom Intuos works with version 11.

However, SnagIt doesn't have pressure sensitive pen tip recognition.
lines drawn maintain the same diameter. Thin lines look a little smoother than lines drawn with a mouse. But can still have have jagged edges.
Pressure sensitivity has not been added to newer versions of SnagIt either.I have the newest version 2018.

I have  a really old Wacom Graphite and it works fine as long as all the drivers are loaded. However like Joe mentioned you will not be able to use any of the features of the tablet like in other programs. I am doing well using the tablet with SnagIt version 11.4.1

I use a Wacom Intuos 5 touch and many of the functions work with Snagit 2018.

Granted many of the function are just Windows functions  ie; save,  save as,  etc.

Sadly no pen pressure as Joe states but the pen buttons can do many of the functions you want to set them to.
The tablet can still be useful if that is how to like to work and navigate.

With the 5 touch I can bring up the Express View and use my settings.
Most of The on-Screen Controls work but dependent on what you have set.
My setting are manly for Photoshop so of course Snagit can't use some. For instance Layers or brush panel.
I can even just use my fingers to do something.

Models may vary but I say give it a go.
