We are replacing our Podcast Producer environment for lecture captures. The system produces the atom feeds, which we configure on iTunesU for student accessibility. The content is hosted on our xServers running Podcast Producer here in our datacenter. Does Camtasia Relay have the ability to generate atom feeds for the media content it creates so we can serve those up via a webserver of some sort? Is there another mechanism for this?

We do not have the ability to upload to iTunesU as the documentation seems to indicate.

Hey Shawn,

I think it would be best if you could jump over and open a ticket with our dedicated support staff here: http://techsmith.custhelp.com/app/uti...

They should be able to assist, but it will be a bit more in depth than we can get here on this forum. Thanks!

The ability to create an ATOM feed is going to be based on where the content is hosted. Camtasia Relay does not host your content but rather allows people to record it, automatically encodes and publishes it, and then may send out an email message or announcement that the content is finished processing. The dynamic ATOM feeds/RSS feeds that point to the media are a component of the media server on which the content was published.

Do you know where you want to send your content? Camtasia Relay supports all kinds of outputs including all of these listed below.
