Does Windows 10 support any versions of SnagIt? Just installed Windows 10 on a new laptop and will download my licensed SnagIt (I have the key) once I figure out which version of SnagIt I had and whether or not it will work with Windows 10.

I’m happy to let you all know that we’ve further expanded our support for Windows 10 hardware. (Snagit 12 supports Windows 10 and if you are having issues, please let our Technical Support team know.) Some of you in this thread mentioned monitor scaling or DPI issues. We’ve addressed the High DPI issues in the latest version of Snagit. We released Snagit 13 today. Text, icons, and layout should be all fixed. We do have a couple remaining issues for which we’re working on fixes. Specifically, if your setup has multiple monitors with different DPIs

That’s only one of the improved features in the new release, so be sure to check out the Snagit for Windows Version History page (see: https://www.techsmith.com/snagit-version-history.html) or the Snagit for Mac Version History page (see: https://www.techsmith.com/snagit-mac-version-history.html) for a more complete list of updates to Snagit.

One of these features not working right for you? Reach out to our Technical Support team at https://support.techsmith.com/ and our dedicated Support Team will work to resolve your issue.
