Windows 10 Microsoft Edge Browser Scrolling Window wrong direction

I'm new to SnagIt. I have Version 13.1.2 (Build 7933) on Windows 10 Pro (64 bit), Build 15063.rs2_release.170317-1834.
When I try a Scrolling Window image capture in the Microsoft Edge browser, the scrolling capture orange arrow/circle pops up pointing horizontally to the right, even though there's no horizontal scrolling in the window, and it only captures the page without vertical scrolling. Trying the same thing in Firefox - and the orange circle/arrow points vertically down and correctly scroll/captures the web page. I can try scrolling capture in MS Outlook (desktop version) and it works fine too. Is this a known problem with Edge or am I doing someting wrong? Sorry I can't figure out how to capture the snagit action!

Thanks Joe, very helpful. I tried that and got passable results.
BTW, how did you get SnagIt to do a snip of itself? I tried several things and it keeps disappearing.
(Edit: never mind, I discovered I can use Ctrl-PrtScn to capture the SnagIt screen, then edit that capture in the SnagIt editor
