Windows 10 update - New Snagit 12 issues!

Just upgrade to Windows 10 and am having issues with sizing in Snagit 12. Captured images are much smaller than what was captured. Toolbars and menu items are tiny. When I try to add text, it's impossible to see. I didn't have any of these issues before I upgraded to Windows 10. I've tried googling for help and read message boards can can't quite seem to find a fix. Help?

Press the windows key and type "display"

Then check the settings here, in particular the scale:

That is not the only thing that windows updates can mess with. If it is that bad, do a restore point back about 2 weeks. I had to do that on my wife's machine at one point and she does nothing but read email and surf the web. Later updates were fine

Hopefully Paul's suggestion will do the trick for you

Version 12 is so far back for me and I can't remember how to zoom the editor window but I'm glad that the reinstall solved your problem. Did you reinstall SnagIt or Windows? I also notice in your image that there is no 'View' on the 'Menu' bar. I have SnagIt 13 on my Acer Iconia Tab W500 and SnagIt 2019 on both my HP Envy TS17 laptop and home built desktop. Both have 'View' on the Menu bar wherein there are menu items for Zoom in or Zoom out. You can see this in the video link below. This is captured from my Acer tablet. 'Ctrl +' will zoom in and 'Ctrl -' will zoom out. 'Ctrl 0' returns to actual size, so there are many ways to affect the displayed image size. When I first read your post I thought that perhaps the zoom level had been set very low.
