Working with clips

I'm very impressed with Camtasia so far (version 2018.0.1).  A couple of things that come to mind:
1) I often work with multiple tracks, to organize different "chapters" of a video.  It would be nice if the label section on the left could be dragged larger, or track titles wrapped to multiple lines, so I could see my (perhaps overly wordy) track titles.
2) Sometimes I'm working with a video source where sections have been recorded out of order in different places.  So I'll cut the sections onto different tracks (see above).  It would be useful if the cut sections had their own names automatically (_A, _B) or could be renamed by the user.
3) It would be awesome to have more options for text annotations, particularly outline and drop-shadow.
4) Link annotations with clips.  So if I move the clip, the annotation(s) moves with it.

Congratulations on a great product!

regarding #2 ...

add a blank caption above a section, select the section and the caption, use ctl-G to group them together; then you can right click the group and give it a meaningful name

regarding #4 ...

group the annotation objects to the clip; then, they will move together

You can add a drop shadow to any visual media including callouts.  In the Properties panel on the right hand side, you can edit the drop shadow properties of the selected clip(s).  You can change the shadows color, offset and opacity to meet your needs.  Unfortunately, we do not yet provide a way to stroke or outline text only callouts.

As already mentioned, you can group your clip and annotations together so they can be moved as a single piece of media.
