Wrong account details

I bought a copy of Camtasia 9 and Snagit on 23rd April 2018 (Camtasia®/Snagit® Government Bundle) and just logged into my Techsmith account and noticed that the Camtasia 9 is not listed. Could this be updated please?

Also, I received notification of a new Camtasia coming out on June 19th. Is that the copy I just bought or an upgrade.  I was wondering why I was not told this version was on its way, but if its the same - no problem. If it is a newer version than my 9.1 I would be very disappointed as I haven't actually used this for more than 30 minutes and it looks like it's going to cot me $99 to upgrade - but I could have gotten this all wrong.

Please let me know.

Hi Tony,

Your key would show up if you purchased from TechSmith with the same email address or account. We do not display multi-user keys if that's what you purchased, because the person consuming them might not be the owner. That being said, you can manually add the key yourself to your account. The form is on the My Products tab and the key should be in your email receipt.

As to your other question, you would get a free upgrade if you purchased within 30 days of the release which is May 18th. However, if you open a support ticket like kayakman suggested maybe we can work something out (I'm just a lowly-programmer).
