Your support mechanisms suck!

Opening a support ticket simply provides a list of suggested articles, and then kicks you back to another support window. Which kicks you back to the first ticket, in an endless and maddening loop.

Most people in this forum are will to help if they understand the question, and the why.

That's not the expected behavior and I'm sorry you're getting stuck there. We also have phone support. You can find the call center number and hours on this page (you have to scroll down a bit)

Absolutely afree. CAMTASIA support sucks! I got so pissed off today. Tried to send message, create a ticket  - nothing available. Finally found some small chat window which is limited to 100 characters. 
I use this program for about 12 years and support was never to god, but now it is even worse. It is not how they handle the case but how can one create a ticket or get in touch.

Even as a register user I just cannot create w new topic (no option for that). I'm sick and tired with this company - I guess will be going with a different product soon...
