Zoom around mouse position

Currently when you use the mouse wheel to zoom it zooms towards the center or one of the corners.  This often moves what I am trying to zoom in on away from where I am looking, then I have to scroll to find the detail I was looking at after the zoom.

I'd prefer the zoom to use the mouse position as the zoom center instead. This keeps the part of image which was under your mouse in the same position as when you started zooming so the item you were looking at is still on the screen and close to the mouse.  This avoids you visually losing your place and having to go scroll to go find it afterwards. This would certainly be a big improvement for me and save a lot of irritation as I probably use Snagit about 10 hours in a week.  If you want to see this in action quickly this is the method used in a number of image editing applications like Photoshop and Affinity designer.

I'm on v2018.0.2 (not the latest) and it works the way you say you want for me. I just put my cursor were I want to zoom and CTRL+scroll wheel and it zooms to where the mouse is.
